Rodavia Croatia operates as an informational service connecting travellers with local vehicle rental suppliers across Croatia. By using this website you acknowledge the following terms.

Service Role

This platform presents search and booking functionality. The actual rental agreement is formed directly between you and the supplier specified in your voucher. We facilitate the connection but do not own, operate, or control the vehicle fleet. Each supplier sets their own policies, insurance options, and requirements at the counter.

Booking and Payment

When you complete a reservation you receive a voucher containing supplier contact details and collection instructions. An advance payment processes the booking. Any additional charges-fuel policy differences, optional equipment, or counter fees-are settled according to the supplier's terms. The voucher states what portion of the total arrangement is prepaid and what remains due.

Supplier Responsibility

The rental supplier named in your voucher bears responsibility for vehicle condition, roadside assistance, insurance coverage fulfillment, and compliance with Croatian traffic regulations. Disputes regarding vehicle quality, contract interpretation at the desk, or claims processing are handled through the supplier's procedures. We assist with communication but the contractual obligation rests with the provider.

Modifications and Cancellations

Changes to existing bookings depend on supplier policy and timing. Cancellation terms vary by provider and season; your voucher references the applicable rules. Refund eligibility and processing time follow the supplier's stated conditions.

Accuracy of Information

We update vehicle descriptions, location maps, and policy summaries regularly. Suppliers may alter their offerings without immediate notice to us. The voucher and the contract signed at the rental desk constitute the binding terms-if a discrepancy appears, the signed agreement prevails.

Liability Limitation

Rodavia Croatia provides a booking interface. We are not liable for vehicle mechanical issues, accidents, third-party claims, or force majeure events affecting your rental period. Traffic fines, toll charges, and parking violations are your responsibility as the driver.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be revised to reflect operational adjustments or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be dated at the document header.
